The Hillcrest Estate (located in the 100% totality zone) is offering a Solar Eclipse Package on Sunday through Tuesday, April 7-9, 2024 with special amenities. Sell-outs are anticipated, so we encourage you to book now.

Two night stay in bedroom with private hall access bath (2 available) is $750 - SOLD OUT
Two night stay in bedroom with ensuite bath (2 available): $800 - SOLD OUT

Solar Eclipse Package includes:

  • Accommodations for two guests in one of our 4 bedrooms

  • Two night stay, checking in Sunday and checking out Tuesday

  • Continental breakfast each morning

  • Viewing party from 1pm-4pm (totality start: 3:19 p.m.)

    • Ballroom (or veranda - weather permitting) cocktail hour style viewing party with music, personal charcuterie board for two, non-alcoholic drink station, and 1 bottle of wine

    • Adirondack chair seating area outside for two with keepsake blanket

    • Certified eclipse-viewing eyeglasses for two (required for safe viewing)

Carriage House Solar Eclipse Packages

The Carriage House (located in the 100% totality zone), located next door to the mansion at The Hillcrest Estate, is offering a Solar Eclipse Package on Sunday through Tuesday, April 7-9, 2024 with special amenities. Sell-outs are anticipated, so we encourage you to book now.

Two night stay in the carriage house is $1,000 - SOLD OUT
Friday and Saturday night can be added to your stay for $200/night.

Solar Eclipse Package includes:

  • Two bedroom house with private kitchen, bathroom, living space, outdoor fire pit area and covered porch

  • Two night stay, checking in Sunday and checking out Tuesday

  • Viewing party from 1pm-4pm (totality start: 3:19 p.m.) at The Hillcrest Estate

    • Ballroom (or veranda - weather permitting) cocktail hour style viewing party with music, personal charcuterie board for four, non-alcoholic drink station, and 2 bottles of wine

    • Adirondack chair seating area outside for up to four with keepsake blanket

    • Certified eclipse-viewing eyeglasses for up to four guests (required for safe viewing)

Bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to check in, that paid in full, will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation thereafter will not receive a refund.
